15 weeks pregnant with Baby Pritchard

How far along?
15 weeks and 5 days. I normally upload on a Monday but Game of Thrones happened last night.
Total weight gain?
My weight hasn't changed again from last week so still just 5lbs in total.

Maternity clothes?
I picked up two maternity bras from H&M the other day. I've not been able to wear a normal underwired bra since I was about 6 weeks because they hurt too much, but I was sick of my nipples constantly popping out of my little soft triangle bras.

Stretch marks?
None. Still a little itchy, but not as bad as I was last week.

Sleep?
It's been a good week for sleep. I occasionally find that come lunch time at work I could quite happily have a 20 minute nap but sleep at night isn't too interrupted. The dreams I have though are really whack, they stay on my mind all day and I hate them.

Best moment this week?
Celebrating a year with Kyle, I say celebrate but we didn't do anything special, but just knowing that he's been there everyday for a whole year makes me feel so incredibly thankful.

Miss anything?
I spent a couple of nights this week trying on a lot of my clothes that I didn't think would fit. Every single one of my skirts got packed away which makes me a little sad that I won't see them until next year probably. There's so many nice pieces in work too that there's just no point me buying whatsoever, I'll have to become a shoe hoarder this year I think...

Movement?
None. My sister said she felt flutters with my nephew at 14 weeks which my Mum said is very early with your first, I try and concentrate really hard but I'm not too sure what I'm meant to feel. Most of the time my belly just ends up rumbling.

Food cravings?
I've not craved anything this week. I could still eat ice lolly after ice lolly though.

Anything make you queasy or sick?
I was sick for the first time this week. It was all down to a teeny bit of dog poop and I'd never moved so fast in my life. I swear my sense of smell could rival a dogs at the moment. I never used to be able to smell anything before.

Gender?
I had a dream the other day that we had a girl. I keep bringing up the conversation about girls names but it's so hard. I did try suggesting Lennon but Kyle was having none of it.

Labour signs?
No.
Symptoms?
I'm still not feeling pregnant apart from my belly. I do ache more than I used to when I've been on my feet at work all day.
Belly button in or out?
In!

Mood?
I was a mess at work last week. I spent about half an hour crying two days in a row, talk about being hormonal. Work really was the last place I wanted to be, but I'm feeling better now.

Looking forward to?
My week off work. I'm in work next week then I've got a week off. We move house on Friday so by the time my week off comes around I can just potter around the house unpacking.

14 weeks pregnant with Baby Pritchard

How far along?
14 weeks and 4 days.

Total weight gain?
Still 9st 9lbs. I was worried after I weighed myself last week that I'd put on quite a bit so early on, but one of my pregnancy apps said that 5lbs in the first trimester is about average - phew! I guess it seemed like more because it had been so long since I'd last weighed myself.

Maternity clothes?
I'm still managing to just about squeeze in my own jeans, much to Mum's disgust. She keeps telling me they're too small but the maternity pair I bought are still too baggy and I can't deal with baggy jeans.

Stretch marks?
None, but my stomach and boobs have been so itchy this last week.

Sleep?
I occasionally have to use the toilet in the night, but I'm really not having any problems with tiredness at the moment. No more than before anyway. I'm still sleeping on my back, and occasionally on my front, which I'm not sure if I'm meant to have stopped this by now.

Best moment this week?
I popped to see my friend Danielle after work on Tuesday. She's got three kiddies and her youngest is only 8 weeks, he's so little and mushy. I kept thinking that's what our little one will be like around Christmas time, it gets me so excited!

Miss anything?
As bad as it sounds I occasionally miss a microwave meal on my lunch. I walk in the staffroom and can smell macaroni cheese, or a chicken curry and it smells soooo good!

Movement?
Still waiting on this one. Hopefully it won't be much longer.

Food cravings?
I've not craved anything, but once I start on something I can't stop. Especially things like crisps. I was also managing about three ice pops in one go last week, needless to say they didn't last long.

Anything make you queasy or sick?
I've got this really bad fear of sick, and on the way to Wales I could smell something that smelt like a baby poo in the car. I thought maybe Sacha had pooped in the boot but after a while it went. Then when we stopped in Barmouth we looked and turns out she'd been sick. I stood in the car park and was heaving, I think I'd have prefered a poo. Needless to say we drove the rest of the way with the windows right down.

Gender?
Everyone's opinions are mixed on this one, but me and Kyle really don't mind what it is.

Labour signs?
No.

Symptoms?
I read somewhere that after the 12 week mark things start to settle down and you can almost feel like you're not pregnant. I definitely feel like that at the moment, if it wasn't for my little round belly reminding me everyday.

Belly button in or out?
In!

Mood?
Happy!

Looking forward to?
Moving house! Things are moving pretty quick now and we should have the keys next Friday.

13 weeks pregnant with Baby Pritchard

I can't believe this is the last week of my first trimester! It's gone so quick since we found out at the beginning of February. I've decided to start doing weekly updates on my growing bump, mostly for myself to be able to look back on when I miss my bump (everyone says I will). I have got a pregnancy book but I'm absolutely useless at filling it in, and this way I've got pictures too.
How far along?
13 weeks and 4 days.

Total weight gain?
I weighed 9st 4lbs in January, which was the last time I weighed myself. At the time I was about 4 weeks pregnant with our first pregnancy, unfortunately it wasn't meant to be. When I weighed myself last night I was 9st 9lb - the heaviest I've ever been! I can definitely see a difference in my body shape looking at these photos, not so much a bump, but my waist does look thicker.

Maternity clothes?
I've picked up a pair of jeans and a top but I've not needed to wear them yet. I'm still wearing my Topshop Jamie jeans but I've had to use a hair bobble around the button for the last four weeks. I'm not one for wearing anything tight on my top half anyway so hopefully a lot of my tops and shirts will last a while.

Stretch marks?
None. I've been using Palmers Massage Lotion for Stretch Marks religiously after I shower since we first got found out. I've also got the Palmers Tummy Butter for Stretch Marks but I'm not so fond of this. I find it sits on my skin and doesn't soak in as well as the Massage Lotion, and it's horrid to try and get out of the pot.

Sleep?
I don't think my sleep has been too interrupted yet. I've been getting up once a night to use the toilet and sometimes I struggle to get back to sleep but I expected to feel a lot more tired in the first trimester than what I have done.

Best moment this week?
It wasn't this week but Kyle and I went to view our new house last Sunday. I'm so excited to move into our first home together, and it'll be babies first home too. It also means we can finally start buying big things like cots and prams.

Miss anything?
I can't say that there's anything I've thought 'damn I miss that!' Give it a few weeks...

Movement?
Nothing yet. It was crazy when we had our dating scan being able to see it move but not feeling a thing. My older sister was telling me when she used to lie on her belly early on it felt like an orange so she got me spread out on Mum's rug, but I couldn't feel it.

Food cravings?
Not really. I definitely favour savoury food over sweet things and at one point I was really struggling to eat anything because my nausea always came on in the evening but things seem to have settled down now.

Anything make you queasy or sick?
I luckily never suffered from morning sickness, just nausea in the evening. For a while I couldn't go in the kitchen in our house, even the smell of the oven would make me feel horrendous. I also never want the smell of boiling ham to ever pass my nose again!

Gender?
No idea, and we don't intend on finding out. I've never wanted to find out and I'm so glad Kyle feels the same. We were watching One Born Every Minute and one of the Dad's on there said it was one of the nicest surprises that's left is going into hospital not knowing what gender it is until it's born. Kyle looked up and me and I knew it was the best decision for us.

Labour signs?
No.

Symptoms?
I had a migraine last week, it felt like my left eye was going to pop out. After that subsided I was suffering from dizzy spells and having to sit down every few minutes. I spent two days in bed and my little kitty didn't leave my side. Other than that I've felt pretty good.

Belly button in or out?
In!

Happy or moody?
Happy - it's finally starting to sink in that we're actually having a baby. We did have two early scans because of bleeding and our miscarriage in January, but it was such a relief at 12 weeks to see a proper baby doing somersaults in my tummy.

Looking forward to?
A weekend by the beach with the puppy and my love. It's so nice to get away every few weeks and breath in the fresh air. Kyle's Mum hasn't seen the scan photos yet either so it'll be nice for her to see them properly, rather than just on a phone screen.

The Greatest Adventure of Them All.

There's been a secret in the air since the beginning of February and I think it's about I share it with you all. You may have noticed that I've been mighty quiet on the whole blog front for a while now, but there's a tiny little one growing inside me and I spend 99% of my time thinking about it.

Kyle and I are absolutely over the moon. I can still remember the phone call when I was in New York, when we decided that we never wanted to be 3000 miles apart from each other ever again, and that we both wanted a little one to come on all our adventures with us.

So there it is. Our big secret is out. Get ready for baby overload on this tiny corner of the internet.
